I liked the location, services, reception staff are friendly and very helpful specially Maddam WEAAM she is a great person, house keeping are wonderful and they do the best of their job room service is good

Sometimes I do not evaluate any of the hotels because I consider that to be an advantage and not a defect for hotels, but sometimes you may encounter a person of excellence, precision in work, and open-heartedness. You must write your opinion about the hotel, but in fact, the person you met, the employee at the reception, is called "Khadija Ben Sabeur" was very wonderful in dealing with us, and with the problem that happened to us from the delay of the flight, leaving a lot of luggage in a room, and her dealing with the issue even after we arrived in our country, these things were lost in many places. I thank the hotel for appointing trustworthy people. And honesty, and we should also not forget that the rest of the individuals were really of the highest morals.

My friend and I recently stayed here and we had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every detail was meticulously looked after, ensuring we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay. If you're looking for a top-notch beachfront experience with outstanding service, this is the place to be. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this slice of paradise again. Highly recommended!

Our room was the executive beach front, we were expecting a bigger room in size but overall was fine. no coffee maker in the room and no iron you have to request. very nice staff at the breakfast time.

Extremely nice and helpful staff - always smiling and positive, arranging everything needed very quickly, every time. The hotel is very nicely designed, also very green with big and nicely tended gardens, spacious, comfortable, beautiful swimming pools and direct access to a very nice sandy beach. The spa is wonderful and has all one needs in terms of facilities, as well as shiningly friendly staff. Two nice restaurants with very good food (Tunisian and international), as well as a good breakfast. 30-45 minutes walk on the beach to the first city (the really beautiful old Sidi Bou Said with its bars and souks/bazaars/markets) and only 15-20 minutes ride by car to Tunis (and its old town Medina).

The room, the view and the location were awesome! The sandy beach was 10 steps from my room. The food and the welcome sweets were so good, that I bought a package of truffles to take home. Their welcome truffles are out of this world.
